Take a tasting journey like no other in this stunning glass-enclosed pop-up restaurant, Spheres. Surrounded by the vibrant energy of Rundle Mall, Spheres Restaurant will create the most beautifully serene and intimate setting for what promises to be an unmissable long-table dining experience.

Over three days and five exclusive events, the team from NeverEnding Experiences are bringing together a wish list of celebrated chefs and sommeliers to lead the culinary foray through the best of Japanese, Italian, Spanish cuisine and more. From sumptuous seven-course meals to elegant high tea experiences, each unique event indulges you in the most exquisite flavours, techniques and wine pairings.

Inspired by city lights and the vibrancy of Rundle Mall, their pop up restaurant in a glass structure will be full of colour and still remain as a space to relax and enjoy a delicious meal and drink with friends and family.

Spheres Restaurant will host an array of incredible chefs, including Adelaide's own Adam Liston from Shōbōsho, Shane Wilson from Anchovy Bandit, and Zak Antoniou from Zacary Dessert. Award-winning Andreas Papadakis from iconic Melbourne-based Italian restaurant, Tipo 00, will be joining the line-up, as is MasterChef and Dessert Masters' Jess Liemantara. Motomu Kumano and Kana Aoyama, from Komeyui Melbourne and Sake Journey respectively, are teaming up for the Sunday night iteration of this not-to-be-missed event.
