A new look for a Rundle Mall icon
The upgrade of Myer Centre Adelaide's facade will commence in April 2023, transforming the exterior of the iconic centre and home to Myer, UNIQLO and Lush with a sleek and modern new look. The construction is expected to be complete by late 2023, with access to stores unaffected while works continue.
While the refreshed aesthetics of one of Rundle Mall's most prominent landmarks is set to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers, the redevelopment will also focus on improving the safety and functionality of the exisiting building.
The Myer Centre Adelaide originally opened in 1991 at a cost of $570 million, celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2021.
