Iconic and much-loved dessert bar, Shibui, is returning to Rundle Mall for a month-long residence at the Gawler Place Canopy!

From Thursday 18 July - Sunday 18 August, discover a jam-packed menu of their drool-worthy sweet treats! Warm up with their signature hot mochi doughnuts - a fluffy and chewy spin on the original, created with the texture of the eponymous Japanese pastry. To serve, they're topped with lashings of condensed milk and icing sugar to complete this mouth-watering fusion between two favourites!

But that's only the start! Opt for a creamy soft serve, with traditional flavours like vanilla and chocolate, or something different like their purple taro variety. Go all out and add your choice of toppings, such as rainbow sprinkles, a mochi doughnut, or pocky sticks to your delicious ice cream treat. For those who really want to try a bit of everything, we recommend indulging on a decadent doughnut sundae - comprised of your choice of soft serve flavour, three mochi doughnuts, condensed milk, and sprinkles to finish!

Plus, it's your chance to try one of their Insta-worthy toasted marshmallow fluff cups. Choose your favourite hot drink from either a rich hot choccy, a nutty purple taro latte, or a sweet umami matcha - all finished with a toasted marshmallow topping.
