The Visitor Information Centre is in James Place near the western end of Rundle Mall

The Adelaide Visitor Information Centre is conveniently located in James Place, just off Rundle Mall (see map below). The Visitor Information Centre provides visitors with an excellent range of tourism information on Adelaide and South Australia, including brochures, maps and event guides. Come and visit the friendly volunteers who will make your stay in Adelaide a wonderful experience.

For a free introduction to some of Adelaide’s key points of interest, the First Steps orientation walk leaves at 9.30am, Monday to Friday from the Adelaide Visitor Information Centre (excluding Public Holidays).

The Visitor Information Centre have wheelchairs available for hire. They require you to leave your ID and a $50 refundable deposit, which will both be returned when the wheelchair is. For further information about this service, please contact the Visitor Information Centre directly.
