An incredible fanfare of Christmas music and activities right in the heart of Rundle Mall hailed the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant one-month countdown celebration with the transformation of Gawler Place into a magical Christmas wonderland on Wednesday 4 October, 2024.
Participants were treated to the carolling sounds of the Australian Girls Choir, and the Band of the South Australian Police, as THREE new National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant floats were officially launched. It was an official sneak peek of these floats before they made their debut on Pageant Day!
The line up of exciting activities in Rundle Mall included:
- FREE face painting
- Roving festive entertainment to get people in to the spirit of Christmas
- Pop-up sweet treats, including Cannoli Box Co, Floss Adelaide and Deck the Halls Productions
- Nova 919 photobooth who were on hand to snap lots of merry memories
- Book reading with the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant King and Queen at the City Library at 12pm
