Rebel opens in Rundle Mall

Last week Rundle Mall celebrated the opening of the rebel Customer Experience (rCX) store, rebel's first flagship CBD site for the new concept. The flagship store is housed over 3 levels covering a combined space of 2650sqm. Customers are provided a first-hand experience to try out merchandise on a custom-built basketball court or interactive football drill zone, with the store stocking the latest in merchandise, footwear and apparel from the biggest sports brands. This new rebel store is the largest in Australia, and demonstrates that Rundle Mall is the location of choice for national brands, contributing to the premier shopping destination status for retailers and customers alike.

Easter Opening Hours

As per the trading hour directions from The Hon Rob Lucas MLC, Rundle Mall will be open over the Easter long weekend during the following hours:

Good Friday – closed
Easter Saturday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
Easter Sunday – 11:00am to 5:00pm (suburbs closed)
Easter Monday – 11:00am to 5:00pm

Rundle Mall will be promoting these opening hours and we encourage all retailers to take advantage of this.

ANZAC Day in the City

ANZAC Day in the City

To commemorate ANZAC Day on Monday 25 April, a traditional dawn service and march will take place through the city. The march will commence at 9:30am from the corner of North Terrace and Gawler Place, travelling along King William Road to its destination at the Cross of Sacrifice in Pennington Gardens East. To facilitate the Anzac Day Dawn Service, North Terrace between Pulteney Street and King William Street will be closed from 4:00am to 1:00pm.

Rundle Mall will be open on ANZAC Day from 12:00pm - 5:00pm. Check with individual stores for confirmed opening hours.

AEDA Business Summit

Adelaide Economic Development Agency is holding its first AEDA Business Summit on 25 May at the Adelaide Oval. The Summit will provide insights into challenges and future growth opportunities for the Adelaide CBD.
