Expand your cooking skills with live demonstrations and tastings from Sprout, featuring producers from every corner of South Australia - from the Clare Valley to the Riverland, and beyond! Watch as these talented chefs whip up mouth-watering recipes using their favourite local produce from South Australian brands.

After the demonstration, you’re invited to sample an amazing range of local products to stock up your own pantry, before setting out to find delicious eateries and homeware retailers throughout the Precinct to use that new found inspiration!

Your ticket includes the opportunity to taste the finished dishes (as well as the recipes for you to take home and recreate), plus a perfectly paired tasting to complement the showcased ingredients. You'll also take home an exclusive gift bag, including a Rundle Mall branded apron!
