In 2008, the Rundle Mall Management Authority (RMMA) was formed as a semi-autonomous subsidiary of Adelaide City Council, creating a proactive strategic management group driven by the private business sector in partnership with the Adelaide City Council.
The RMMA delivers a range of marketing, advocacy, governance and strategic management services to improve short and medium term economic outcomes, and enhance the long-term sustainability of the Rundle Mall precinct.
Governed by a Board of Directors representing retail, property, business and Local Government, the RMMA Board meets monthly to improve and promote the Rundle Mall precinct. The RMMA Board is currently focused on activating the early evening economy within the Rundle Mall precinct and tourist precinct designation. The RMMA is managed by a General Manager and a small team of marketing, events and promotions specialists.

Peter Joy - Chairperson
Peter brings a wealth of marketing and retail experience to the position, including starting up Adelaide advertising agency Jamshop, which boasts clients such as Mitsubishi Motors Australia, Harbour Town, OTR, Maggie Beer Products, SAHMRI and SA Water.
Councillor David Slama
An entrepreneur since school, Dave Slama is responsible for local start-up companies; Gescorp International - gas, electric and solar pool equipment retailer; Finestream - financial services and Run Corporate - corporate health and wellbeing service provider The Fruit Run. Dave stands for economic prosperity and quality of life. He hopes to build on the already significant achievements of the previous council and work with the business community, council and governments towards promoting a viable and competitive business identity in Adelaide. Exploring innovative ways to promote economic growth initiatives and focusing on local job creation, entrepreneur development programs and the growth of tourism.
Kate is a social media entrepreneur, a consultant to festivals, events, universities and the government sector, and she also sits the Board of Adelaide Crows Football Club. As a former Director of the Adelaide Festival and Telstra Businesswoman of the year, there is no doubt that Kate’s appointment will bring energy and excitement to the Rundle Mall precinct.
After spending more than 15 years working outside of South Australia in various leadership and retail marketing roles. Rob is currently General Manager Retail for Beaumont Tiles, Australia’s largest tile and bathroomware retailer with over 100 stores across Australia based in it’s National Support Office in Adelaide. Before Beaumont Tiles, Rob was Chief Executive Officer of Australian Retail Franchise Group (the parent company of Wendy's) the 200 plus store franchise system retailing ice cream, shakes and hotdogs across Australia and New Zealand.
Councillor Natasha Malani
Natasha Malani has served on Adelaide City Council since 2010 as an Area Councillor and as Deputy Lord Mayor between January 2014 and January 2015. She has also represented the Council on the Capital City Committee, the Adelaide Convention Bureau Board, the SA Motor Sports Board and the Premier’s Taxi Council. Natasha manages her own consultancy called ‘Access India’, supporting Australian companies to develop market entry strategies into India. Prior to this she was the General Manager of the Australia India Business Council, former President of the Australia India Business Council (SA Chapter) and former Board Member of the Council for International Trade (SA).
David has the unique skillset of being an internationally qualified Urban Designer, a registered Architect and an accredited Planner. In 2014 David was awarded a prestigious scholarship to attend the University of California, Berkeley in their intensive Masters of Urban Design Program. David completed this course as the top student and has now returned to Adelaide to apply the knowledge and experienced gained recently in California, coupled with his fifteen years of professional experience within Australia, to address the urban renewal challenges that face Australian cities.
Deborah is a professional company director after a 30 year executive career. Deborah has held a number of senior financial controller and company secretarial roles, including 5+ years she was a partner in an accounting firm. She was CEO of a national technology based company that bought together leadership, strategic thinking and risk. Deborah is the founder and Chair of Acuere, a business which helps companies increase sales revenue through sales & marketing strategy, implementation of sales methodologies and technology.

Amanda Grocock - General Manager
Amanda is the youngest and first female General Manager of the Rundle Mall Management Authority.
Amanda brings a wealth of experience and detailed knowledge of the precinct's 'Unfold Rundle Mall' brand having launched it in May 2015.
Johanna Williams - Marketing Manager
Johanna manages the Marketing functions within the RMMA and has extensive experience in the retail industry, including positions as a Senior Marketing Manager for The Queen Vitoria Building and The Strand in Sydney, Castle Towers Shopping Centre, Westfield in South Australia and New South Wales and Burnside Village Shopping Centre.
Nyssa Lambert - Marketing Coordinator
Nyssa supports Johanna in managing the precincts marketing campaign and events calendar.
Abby Feltrin - Digital Coordinator
Abby coordinates Rundle Mall’s website, online campaigns and social media strategy.
Teall Palmer – Marketing Assistant
Teall assists the marketing team with marketing campaigns and UNFOLD Magazine.
Kate Fuss - Business Relationship Manager
Kate is responsible for liaising with stakeholders and property owners in regards to operational matters and managing the day to day services of the Rundle Mall Precinct. She also oversees the implementation of activities in the Precinct including Promotions, Concessions and Events.
Kellie Melville - Brands and Partnerships Executive
Kellie joins the team in the role of Brands & Partnerships Executive, with the primary objective of partnering with businesses within the Rundle Mall Precinct and the wider community to increase and improve activation within Rundle Mall.
Tania De Palma - Promotions Coordinator
Tania coordinates all bookings for product launches, charity events and public awareness programs, with discounted rates available for businesses operating within Rundle Mall.
Lauren Jones - Executive Assistant
Lauren provides executive support to the General Manager and RMMA Board, as well as managing the office’s accounts and administrative processes.
